It is valuable for our incoming Senior Commercial Property Accountants to get up to speed steadily, and we want you to take the time to invest in skills and development as you learn our processes.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Work with Property Managers on the following:

- Cash flow over a five year basis

- Preparation of annual budgets and annual CAM reconciliations

- Management of the calculation and processing of client distributions and capital contributions

- Review, analyze and process accruals and pre-paids

- Prepare monthly financial statement packages for multiple commercial entities

- Onboarding new properties: GL/ Tenant Ledger transfer

- Process tenant bill backs, rent ups, and move outs

- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable as needed

- Process bank reconciliation

- Process 1099 year-end filings

The above is not a comprehensive list, and other duties may be assigned.

Tangible Background Skills Needed

- Adept at maintaining organization, self-driven, and proficient in meeting rigorous reporting timelines

- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing multiple projects concurrently

- Commercial lease knowledge

- Yardi Voyager experience

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

- Federal Holidays:We observe the 11 Federal Holidays and close our office.

- Vacation PTO:There are 15 earned days of vacation PTO in your first year, stepping up to 20 days thereafter.

- Sick PTO:We have our standard 5 sick PTO days per year.

- Windsor Days PTO:Between the Federal Holidays, Vacation PTO, and Sick Days, you will have 31 guaranteed days of vacation per year for your first year, increasing to 36 days in your second year. This does not include Windsor days. We may also observe Windsor days, which are days we close the office early. For example, a half day on the day before Thanksgiving, a half day on Christmas Eve, a half day on New Year’s Eve, etc. However, Windsor Days are not guaranteed to be offered on an annual basis. The offering of Windsor Days depends on the needs of the business!

- Medical Coverage:We offer a Kaiser HMO Plan and a Blue Shield PPO Plan.

- Vision and Dental:Our Vision and Dental is through Ameritas.

- Long Term Disability:Benefit Amount: 60% of pre-disability monthly earnings up to $10,000 per month.

- 401k Plan:We offer a 401k plan with company matching via Guideline. Your contributions vest immediately, and Windsor will match 100% of the first 3% of your salary and 50% of the next 2% of your salary (so if you contribute 5%, Windsor matches 4% of your salary).

- HRA Plan:Those who enroll in our Medical plan will get their first $4,000 (if participating as an individual), or first $8,000 (if participating as a family), covered by Windsor.

- FSA Dependent:We offer an FSA Dependent care that you can choose to participate in up to the federal maximum.

- FSA Medical:We offer an FSA Medical care that you can choose to participate in up to the federal maximum.

- Life Insurance:Employer-sponsored life and LTD plans are available, including a level with guaranteed coverage. You pay the premiums if you participate but it is done on a pre-tax basis.

- Benefits Consultant:We are partnered with Cavignac, so our team has a Benefits advisor!
