AquaTech Pool Management is seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our pool service team in Concord, Huntersville, and surrounding areas. As a Commercial Pool Service Technician, you will maintain pools, balance water quality, inspect equipment, and perform routine tasks in outdoor environments.

New to the pool industry? Our training program will help you learn the fundamentals and develop the skills needed to succeed, with opportunities for growth as you gain experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
• Must meet eligibility to operate a company vehicle.
• A reliable, motivated individual eager to learn.
• Ability to follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial pools.
• Test and balance pool chemicals to ensure water quality.

What You'll Do

Schedule & Work Environment

This is an active outdoor position with seasonal scheduling.

• Off-season: Primarily weekday work, with a more flexible schedule outside the peak swimming season.
• Peak season: A busier schedule supporting daily pool service needs, with some weekend work required.
• Overtime: Opportunities may be available during the busy season, depending on operational needs.

Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors and adjusting to the changing demands of the swimming season.
