Job summary

AquaTech Pool Management in Greensboro, NC is seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team as Commercial Pool Service Technicians. No prior pool experience is required; we provide training to help you learn the fundamentals and develop practical skills.

As part of our outdoor, seasonal operations, you will clean and maintain commercial pools, balance chemicals, inspect equipment, and complete service reports.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license held for at least three years.
• Must meet AquaTech’s eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• Dependable, motivated individual with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and take pride in your work.

Responsibilities

• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality.
• Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance concerns.
• Perform minor pool repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
• Complete daily service reports and follow established procedures.

As a Commercial Pool Service Technician, you'll play an important role in maintaining commercial swimming pools and helping ensure they are clean, properly maintained, and ready for the swimming season. No previous pool experience required! AquaTech provides training to help you learn the fundamentals and develop the skills needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
