AquaTech Pool Management in Concord/Huntersville is hiring motivated individuals to join our pool service team. As a Commercial Pool Service Technician, you will maintain commercial pools, balance water quality, inspect equipment, and complete routine maintenance.

New to the pool industry? No problem—our training program will teach you the fundamentals so you can grow with us. This outdoor role offers seasonal scheduling, weekday and some weekend work, and opportunities to learn on the job.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license held for at least three years.
• Must meet AquaTech's eligibility requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• A reliable, motivated individual who is eager to learn.
• Someone who takes responsibility for their work and can follow established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean, vacuum, brush, and maintain commercial swimming pools.
• Test and balance pool chemicals to maintain proper water quality.
• Inspect pool equipment and report maintenance concerns.
