Poolie LLC is hiring a Commercial Pool Repair Technician to diagnose, repair, and optimize commercial pool systems for our clients. You will provide accurate quotes, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high safety and quality standards.

Role involves direct customer interaction, collaboration with field teams, and ongoing training to uphold exceptional service and reliability for diverse facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial pool repair, pool service, or aquatic facility maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial pool equipment, hydraulics, filtration, automation, and water circulation systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of pool equipment and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Team-player with flexibility to adapt to priorities and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial pool systems and equipment to ensure safe, efficient operation.
• Provide clear, detailed repair quotes focused on efficiency, compliance, and manufacturer warranties.
• Communicate with customers before, during, and after service to set expectations and ensure satisfaction.
