Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; relevant pool service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in reading and understanding English.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly commercial pool maintenance and routine cleaning.
• Monitor and adjust water chemistry; maintain records of readings.
• Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, heaters, and related equipment; report issues.
• Interact professionally with customers, managers, and staff; document work.
• Manage route timing, arrive on schedule, and complete services with accuracy.
