Job summary

CML Security is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across Tennessee and surrounding areas. You will oversee turnover through commissioning, develop plans and budgets, and coordinate stakeholders from office to active job sites.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, knowledge of scheduling and cost control, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage 100.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration
• Proficiency in project documentation and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects across Tennessee and surrounding areas
• Manage multiple projects from turnover through commissioning and final closeout
• Develop execution plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Lead kickoff meetings and coordinate stakeholders
• Monitor costs, labor, profitability, and revenue forecasting
• Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and docs
• Coordinate procurement and long-lead materials
• Oversee field operations and installation activities
• Maintain schedules and develop recovery plans
• Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and quality inspections
• Maintain contract administration and reporting
• Coordinate commissioning and project closeout
• Communicate with clients, owners, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure safety requirements and adherence to standards
• Support a culture of safety and continuous improvement
