Job summary

CML Security, an industry leader in electronic security and detention facility construction, is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead complex commercial projects from turnover through closeout. You’ll coordinate schedules, budgets, field operations, procurement, and client expectations, delivering quality results on time and within contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
• Experience with budgets, schedules, contracts, and field coordination.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Bluebeam, and ERP/accounting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple commercial construction projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and per contract.
• Lead projects from turnover through closeout, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring financial performance.
• Manage procurement, documentation, and communication with owners, contractors, and vendors.
