Job summary

Jobot, a well-established commercial construction firm, seeks a Project Manager to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, and teams across healthcare, education, retail, and more.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, with strong scheduling and cost-control skills, and experience with design-build or CM delivery methods. A Bachelor’s in Construction Management or related field is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within commercial construction.
• Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control.
• Experience with design-build and/or construction management delivery methods preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful execution
• Oversee procurement, contracts, and cost control processes
• Lead client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
• Identify risks and proactively drive solutions to keep projects on track
