Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair/replace valves in toilets, and install water heaters.
• Submit accurate time reporting and vehicle inventory by scheduled dates.
• Perform preventive maintenance at stores at least twice a year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses align with annual budgets.
• Fulfill essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
