Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking a skilled Plumbing Maintenance Technician in Atlanta, GA to perform preventive and corrective plumbing tasks for commercial clients. The role includes installing fixtures, repairing piping, and maintaining systems per codes and safety standards.

The candidate will document work in CMMS, respond to service requests, and may mentor junior technicians while working on day and night shifts as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ maintenance experience in Plumbing for commercial environments.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces, night shifts, and be on call when needed.
• Driver's license with valid status in-state.
• Must be a team player with strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs, and repairs pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
• Installs and repairs plumbing fixtures such as sinks, showers, commodes, water heaters, and dishwashers.
• Assembles and installs valves, pipe fittings, and pipes using hand and power tools.
• Performs drain cleaning, soldering, brazing, DWV, and water line repairs as needed.
• Completes documentation in CMMS and schedules preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Maintains safety standards and ensures a clean, safe work environment.
• Provides training and mentorship to technicians; may supervise teammates.
