Qualifications

• Journeyman plumbing license preferred.
• 5+ years diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial plumbing systems.
• Trade school is a plus.
• Basic electrical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish customer rapport; provide great service.
• Install, service, and repair commercial plumbing systems in buildings like offices and restaurants.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine repair or replacement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with commercial codes and safety standards.
• Prepare bids, schedules, and oversee apprentices and helpers.

Skills

5+ years exp. in commercial plumbing
