Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. in California seeks a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service. The position features a First Shift with Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedules; overtime is available but not guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
• Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
