Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join the Plumbing Service team in California. The role requires at least four years of commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or service, with second-shift hours on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

A company vehicle and gas card are provided to travel between jobsites. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and DWV components, while maintaining

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of skilled commercial services specializing in retail, grocery, and convenience store projects. We deliver excellence in commercial tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service supported by our dedicated dispatch team.

We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service and be available to work second-shift hours. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.

Schedule

• Tuesday through Saturday 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves

Requirements

• Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience
• Valid driver license with an insurable driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
