Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is a statewide provider of commercial services, delivering tenant improvements, remodels, and 24/7 service backed by a dedicated dispatch team.

We’re hiring a Commercial Plumbing Technician with 4+ years of experience in new construction, TI, or service. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites.

Shift is Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m., with overtime available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of recent commercial plumbing experience.
• Verbal and written English literacy for communication.
• Valid driver license and ability to pass background checks and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves.
• Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations.
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines and camera inspections.
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work performed after each service appointment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently.
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department.

We are seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvement projects, or commercial service. A company vehicle and gas card are provided to support travel between jobsites and other field operations.

Schedule

• Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday


• 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.


• Overtime available but not guaranteed

Responsibilities

• Valid driver license with the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a motor vehicle background check


• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test


• Verbal and written English literacy for the use of cell phone and mobile email communication
