Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team. The ideal candidate has four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or service work, and is available for first-shift hours.

A company vehicle and gas card support travel between sites. You will diagnose and repair plumbing systems, operate cable machines and video line inspections, and maintain service

Qualifications

• Requires at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Verbal and written English literacy for communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Diagnose and clear clogged lines using cable machines; perform camera inspections.
• Repair and service fixtures and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems including pumps, fixtures, and valves.
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps, and lift stations.
• Submit service paperwork with summaries after each appointment.
• Collaborate with team to complete work orders efficiently.
• Drive and operate company vehicles per guidelines.
