Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical & Plumbing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician to join our Plumbing Service team in California. The ideal candidate has at least four years of recent commercial plumbing experience in new construction, tenant improvements, or commercial service, and is available for second shift.

We provide a company vehicle and gas card to support travel between jobsites, and our team focuses on reliability, safety, and strong customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-focused service.
• Diagnose and clear clogged main and branch lines using cable machines, and perform camera line inspections.
• Perform commercial plumbing repairs and service on fixtures and water heaters.
• Diagnose and repair DWV systems, including pumps, fixtures, and valves.
• Inspect or repair grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps and lift stations.
• Submit service paperwork with a summary of the work provided after each service appointment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders efficiently.
• Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department.
