Mechanical Systems Company, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to lead teams on large-scale projects and ensure installations meet code and client specs.

You will mentor plumbing crews, coordinate materials and schedules, and uphold OSHA safety standards while driving quality and productivity on site.

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a commercial plumbing foreman.
• Industrial or commercial plumbing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local plumbing codes, blueprints, OSHA, and specifications.
• Experience in plumbing layout, repairs and installation, brazing and soldering, pro pressing, cutting, and threading.
• Experience interpreting schematics, plans, and specifications to safely and efficiently execute projects.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, inspection, and measurement techniques.
• Ability to safely complete job duties to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial plumbing teams from project kickoff through completion.
• Coordinate daily operations, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure installations meet company standards, project specifications, and code requirements.
• Drive productivity while maintaining a safe and efficient jobsite.
• Build a positive team culture by coaching and supporting plumbers and apprentices.

Job description

Location: Memphis, TN

Pay: $35.00-$40.00/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available

Required Qualifications
