• Strong knowledge of hydronic, sanitary, and domestic-water systems.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate with project management and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of commercial plumbing projects from pre-construction through close-out.
• Supervise licensed plumbing personnel in GA and AL; ensure compliance with state/local regulations.
• Mentor foremen, journeymen, and apprentices to maintain performance, safety, and craftsmanship.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and code alignment.
• Coordinate labour, materials, and scheduling with project leadership.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Partner with estimating on bids and pricing strategies.
• Track manpower, productivity, and cost performance.
