Hilton Mechanical Contractors, LLC is seeking plumbers to join our team. Work will be performed at various job sites across Georgia, with occasional travel as needed. Our plumbing department is growing, building from the ground up with the backing of an established contractor.

Plumbers will split time between plumbing scope and supporting industrial piping and fabrication crews. This role suits candidates who are versatile, willing to wear multiple hats, and eager to expand their skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hands-on commercial or industrial plumbing experience.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and isometric drawings with support from a foreman or lead.
• Experience installing and joining copper, PVC, steel, or plastic piping.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing and able to travel to job sites throughout Georgia as needed.
• Own basic hand tools of the trade.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift and carry materials, work from ladders and lifts, and work in field conditions.
• Willingness to learn and take direction on the job.

Overview

We are seeking Plumbers to join our team. Work will be performed at various job sites in Georgia. Candidates must be willing and able to travel to job sites as needed.

Plumbing is a newer department for us and one we are actively building. Our primary work is industrial piping, skid fabrication, and equipment installation, and we are growing our plumbing capability alongside it. Plumbers who join us now are getting in on the ground floor of a department that is still taking shape, with the backing of an established contractor. Because the department is growing, the work is varied — our plumbers spend time on plumbing scope and time supporting our industrial piping and fabrication crews. We are looking for people who are comfortable wearing more than one hat and interested in expanding their skills.

Candidates must be willing to travel to locations as needed.

Pay Range: $24/hr – $32/hr

• 1+ years of hands-on commercial or industrial plumbing experience
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical plans, and isometric drawings with support from a foreman or lead
• Experience installing and joining copper, PVC, steel, or plastic piping
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with commercial plumbing codes and standards
• Experience with underground and above-ground rough-in, water and waste systems, and fixture set/trim-out
• Experience with cast iron, no-hub, or PEX in addition to copper and PVC
• Backflow prevention certification or medical gas certification (ASSE 6010)
• OSHA 10 certification
• Any experience in industrial piping, pipe welding, or plastic fusion — a plus for cross-training and varied project work
