Wynen's is seeking a Commercial Estimator – Plumbing to analyze plumbing plans for multi-unit and light commercial projects and prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals.

You will review drawings and specifications to understand scope, perform detailed takeoffs, build estimates, and develop proposals aligned with project needs. Collaboration with project teams, vendors, and contractors will ensure compliant, cost‑effective solutions and bids that reflect applicable codes.

Formación

• Proficiency in reading commercial plumbing plans and interpreting technical documents.
• Strong takeoff and estimation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to estimate costs accurately and clearly communicate proposal details.
• Effective collaboration and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems and construction/compliance expectations.
