CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Estimator to support projects based out of Houma, LA. The estimator will manage bids from start to finish and collaborate with operations to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include preparing bids, reviewing specs and drawings, conducting take-offs, obtaining quotes, and ensuring timely material orders for preconstruction and site visits as needed. Equal opportunity employer.

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret complex plans and specs.
• Experience with medical gas and site utilities.
• Experience on large multi-state commercial projects.

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking a Commercial Plumbing Estimator to support projects based out of Houma, LA. This is a key role for an experienced estimator who can manage bids from start to finish and collaborate closely with operations to keep projects moving on schedule.

Pay Rate:

Salary range: $70,000 - 120,000, based on experience

Work Scope:

The Plumbing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate bids and supporting project startup and coordination for commercial plumbing work.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing bids and estimates
• Reviewing project specifications and drawings
• Handling submittals and material take-offs
• Obtaining and reviewing vendor and supplier quotes
• Completing and submitting material request forms
• Ensuring materials are ordered on time to prevent job start delays
• Supporting operations and project teams throughout preconstruction

• Attending site visits as needed for projects you estimated

What You Need for This Position:

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing estimating experience (required)
• Experience with Medical Gas and site utilities
• Proven background estimating large, multi-state commercial projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex plans and specifications
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple bids simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for coordination with vendors, office staff, and operations
