Haven Services LLC - Columbus Region is seeking a Commercial Construction Plumbing Apprentice to support Journeyman plumbers on commercial projects, including schools and healthcare facilities. The role emphasizes hands-on training, safety, and learning industry codes and installation techniques.

As an apprentice, you will gain experience in blueprint reading, material handling, and plumbing systems while contributing to a collaborative team in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to multiple job sites.
• Pass pre-employment screening including background and drug tests.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed plumbers with commercial plumbing installations and maintenance.
• Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install piping under supervision.
• Support rough-in and finish plumbing installations; install fixtures and equipment.
• Transport tools and materials to and around job sites; keep areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with project managers, foremen, journeymen and other trades; participate in safety meetings.
