Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking 6 experienced Commercial Plumbers for upcoming new construction projects across Colorado, including Front Range and mountain job sites. Start date September 1, 2026.

This full-time role involves installing domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping on commercial builds. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in commercial plumbing, read and interpret drawings, and are able to travel with company-paid lodging and a $50 per diem for mountain projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• New construction experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand commercial plumbing drawings and specifications.
• Colorado plumbing license or relevant credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install commercial plumbing systems on new construction projects.
• Install and connect domestic water, sanitary, storm, and gas piping systems.
• Install fixtures, valves, pumps, equipment, and related plumbing components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and plumbing plans.
• Perform rough-in, above-ceiling, and finish plumbing installations.
• Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install piping and fittings.
• Coordinate plumbing installation with other trades on active construction sites.
• Perform pressure testing, inspections, and system commissioning.
• Identify and resolve field installation issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow project specifications, applicable plumbing codes, and company safety requirements.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality installation standards.
