Job summary

Mount Baker Mechanical is hiring an experienced Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45–$55 with full benefits and a strong ESOP culture.

You will perform installation, maintenance, and repair work, read blueprints, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a WA PL01 license, a valid driver’s license, and a proven track record of reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid WA PL01 plumbing license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Safe driving record and on-time attendance.
• Familiar with advanced plumbing technologies and systems.

We’re looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants long-term, stable employment with a respected company.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid WA PL01 plumbing license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, make it to work on time every day
• Safe driving practices and clean driving record
• Familiar with advanced plumbing technologies and systems
• Reliable, professional, and safety-minded
• Pass a drug test (including marijuana)
• Practice safety on job sites every day
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team and develop positive working relationships with peers, general contractors and owners.
