Qualifications

• Proven experience as a commercial plumber.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and repair methods.
• Familiarity with local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain various types of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Pay Range

$25-$35 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of plumbing systems.
• Install, repair, and maintain various types of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
