Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial plumbing service experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Valid South Carolina driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various environments.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems, including leaks, clogs, water distribution issues, and system failures.
• Install, maintain, and replace piping, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and related plumbing components.
• Respond to scheduled and emergency service calls in a safe, professional, and timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance to help customers avoid downtime and costly repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing schematics.
• Collaborate with service coordinators, project teams, and fellow technicians to ensure efficient job completion.
• Accurately document service work, materials used, recommendations, and labor hours.
• Maintain compliance with all safety standards and codes.

Position Summary

As a Commercial Service Plumber, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing plumbing systems across a variety of commercial facilities, including schools, healthcare facilities, office buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties.

Preferred

• South Carolina Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Experience working in healthcare, education, municipal, or commercial office facilities
• Backflow certification or other industry certifications
• Familiarity with digital service reporting and mobile field technology
