Legacy Land Pros is seeking a full-time Commercial Pesticide Applicator in Salem, OH to join our lawn applications division. You will apply fertilizers, herbicides and pesticide treatments on residential and commercial properties, following label instructions and state regulations.

The ideal candidate has a valid Ohio Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (or can earn one soon with our support), at least 1 year of hands-on experience with ride-on spreaders and sprayers, a clean driving record,

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Commercial Pesticide Applicator license or ability to obtain soon with employer support.
• At least 1 year of experience applying chemicals with ride-on spreader and sprayer.
• Owns a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Stamina to work outdoors in all weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticide treatments safely and accurately on residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose weeds, disease, insect damage, and soil issues; recommend treatment plans.
• Operate, clean, and maintain ride-on, backpack, and handheld application equipment.
• Follow label instructions, mixing ratios, and state regulations; keep accurate records.
• Talk directly with customers and build trust to keep them coming back.
• Manage daily route with crew scheduling app on smartphone.

Legacy Land Pros is hiring a full-time Commercial Pesticide Applicator in Salem, OH at $24 to $26 per hour. You'll need a valid Ohio Commercial Pesticide Applicator license (or the ability to earn one shortly after hire, we'll support you through it) plus at least 1 year of experience applying chemicals with a ride-on spreader and sprayer. You'll run our lawn applications division largely on your own and help shape it as we expand.
