Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Home Sales Inspector to join its Commercial sales team in a role focused on growing pest-control solutions for various businesses. You will leverage comprehensive training to present effective services and close deals, driving growth while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will inspect client properties, propose tailored solutions, and work with the iPad and sales tools provided. A driving license and ability to obtain required licensure are essential.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin's products and services and how to sell them to various industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to prevent pests.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and explain practical solutions.
• Prospect new business and follow assigned leads to achieve sales goals.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of commercial properties and prepare sales agreements.
