Job summary

Orkin Commercial is seeking a Home Inspector to join the sales team, leveraging competitive drive and top-tier training. You’ll maximize financial potential with high-performance sales skills, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to business growth in a recession-resistant industry.

You’ll work with the latest tools, including an iPad for sales agreements, and enjoy a generous benefits package with a company vehicle, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with our great clients inside and outside of their homes.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s products and services and how to sell them to a variety of industries.
• Make strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to help prevent pests and satisfy regulatory standards.
• Win over clients with confidence and care, listening to needs and explaining practical solutions.
• Use the iPad provided to prepare sales agreements and stay organized; training will be provided.
