Job summary

Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Route Manager to oversee a dedicated commercial route, delivering pest control and inspection services. You will build professional client relationships, assess needs, and provide guidance on solutions to protect health and assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years’ experience in route sales, facilities management, janitorial service, landscaping, environmental services, customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality roles.

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated route of commercial clients and deliver pest control and inspection services.
• Tackle pest challenges and respond quickly to service requests and complaints.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate urgent and unscheduled services.
• Grow accounts by identifying opportunities and supporting the sales team with referrals.
