Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform pest management services for commercial clients. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and educate customers on prevention while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, applying products, maintaining equipment, and building customer relationships. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow label instructions.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal/state/local regulations (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate pests on commercial properties through inspections and treatments.
• Apply approved pest control products, baits, and traps following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and pest control solutions.
• Build relationships, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment and ensure compliance with regulations.
