Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense is seeking a Light commercial Pest Control Technician to service HOA communities and diagnose pest issues for homeowners. You will present a professional appearance, work your route, renew licenses, and attend seminars to keep knowledge sharp.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain pest control license and attend seminars to keep knowledge sharp.

Responsibilities

• Service HOA communities.
• Present a professional appearance including truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners and offer additional services.
• Provide exceptional customer service on your route daily.
• Submit legible service tickets to office staff.
• Stay motivated and work independently.
• Maintain safety and perform duties with ladders as required.

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Light commercial Pest Control Technician, you can expect to:

• Servicing HOA communities
• Frequent use of ladders is required to perform job duties
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
