Job summary

Orkin Pro is hired to safely and professionally protect customer properties on designated routes. Starting with award-winning training, you will learn to diagnose issues, plan treatments, and communicate service actions to customers, aiming for high satisfaction and peace of mind.

You’ll work in home or business environments, adhere to safety standards, and maintain accurate service documentation with a handheld device. No prior pest control experience is required.

Qualifications

• No experience required—we’ll train you to be a Pro.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers.
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory.
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken and ensure satisfaction.
