Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Commercial Pest Control Technician to perform industry‑leading pest management services for commercial customers. You will inspect properties, identify infestations, apply treatments, and advise clients on prevention to protect their spaces.

You will also educate clients, build relationships, manage schedules, and assist in growing our service footprint. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and safety training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal/state/local regulations (covered by us).
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, following safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to current and new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is maintained and stocked; adhere to safety regulations.
• Operate company-provided service vehicle in a safe manner and follow protocols for PPE.
