Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present information clearly to clients.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections to identify signs of pest infestations and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, baits, and traps following safety standards.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and long-term pest control.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist with upselling products to customers.
• Maintain and calibrate pest control equipment; keep records according to regulations.
