Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in pest control or services.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to build rapport with decision-makers.
• Knowledge of commercial pest behavior and treatment methods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and pursue sales goals daily.
• Engage in timely follow-ups and lead generation.
• Support branch objectives and foster peak performance.
• Handle commercial lead generation, referrals, and general sales activities.
• Build client retention and growth by exceeding expectations and contributing to Fox Pest Control's mission.
• Residential sales may be part of duties.
