Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members, directs drivers for timely delivery, and leverages extensive automotive parts knowledge to serve commercial customers. Responsibilities include maintaining commercial relationships, achieving sales goals, supervising staff, and coordinating stock and supplier

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of prior automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and customer service background.
• Formal or informal experience leading teams and coordinating daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and achieve sales goals.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and maintain stocking programs.
• Supervise Team Members and coach for development alongside the GM.
