Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to support the growth and profitability of the commercial side of the business. You will maintain customer relationships, drive sales, and supervise team members while coordinating with the GM on coaching and development.

The role includes dispatching drivers and managing stocking programs to ensure timely deliveries. Requirements include 3+ years in automotive parts, strong knowledge of parts and systems, and the ability to source from

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Ability to locate and stock parts; source from multiple channels (special order, FDO, second source).
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and parts catalogs; write simple correspondence.
• Complete Parts Knowledge Assessment.
• Use basic math and MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Understand Commercial profitability concepts and pricing discounts for Commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely deliveries.
