Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro who will drive profitable growth by maintaining strong relationships with commercial customers and by coordinating deliveries with the GM and Team Members.

The role blends sales, supervision, and inventory management in a fast-paced store environment. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, and preferably ASE certification and 3+ years of automotive parts experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• Strong selling and customer service skills.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and lead teams.
• Good math and inventory skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development.
