Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Commercial Parts Pro to drive profitable growth through customer retention and sales leadership. You will support Team Members, collaborate with the GM on coaching, and ensure efficient delivery and stocking programs for commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of automotive systems and parts
• Ability to read safety and maintenance manuals; basic math
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development
• Dispatch drivers to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain commercial stocking programs
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers
