Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional-level sales professional to support advanced commercial functions, drive profitable growth through customer retention and acquisition, and collaborate with management to lead Team Members.

The role requires automotive parts expertise and strong selling skills, including directing drivers for on-time delivery and maintaining stock programs. The position is full-time and focuses on expanding commercial partnerships, applying GAS2 selling

Qualifications

• Must have automotive parts knowledge and strong sales background.
• Ability to manage commercial customer relationships and grow profitable revenue.
• Experience supervising team members and coordinating deliveries.
• Familiarity with inventory and point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members and coach/develop staff.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery; maintain commercial stocking programs.
