Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales associate to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

The role partners with the GM to manage Team Members and directs drivers to ensure timely delivery. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of automotive parts and systems, strong selling skills for commercial customers, and the ability to source from multiple channels including special orders and second sources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years automotive parts sales experience (preferred).
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and coach team members.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience commercial customers.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers ensuring delivery standards are achieved.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
