Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a professional level sales role focused on the commercial side, responsible for profitable growth through customer retention and expansion.

You will partner with the GM to manage Team Members, direct drivers for timely delivery, and leverage broad automotive parts knowledge. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in automotive parts, strong selling skills, and a track record of leading teams and achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum 3 years of automotive parts experience.
• Experience leading teams and fulfilling sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and grow sales.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development of Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier network.
• Partner with GM to ensure driver coverage and profitability.
