Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Professional level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions. You will foster profitable growth through customer retention, manage relationships, and partner with the GM to coach Team Members.

The role requires automotive parts knowledge, ability to source from multiple channels, and strong delivery coordination. 3+ years of auto parts experience preferred, ASE is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of automotive parts experience preferred.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, parts catalogs and instructions.

Responsabilités

• Maintain commercial customer relationships and drive profitable growth.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Meet personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Supervise Team Members on a day-to-day basis.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and development needs.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and second-source networks.
