Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a professional-level sales pro to support advanced commercial functions and drive profitable growth. The role focuses on maintaining strong commercial customer relationships, coordinating with the GM, and delivering outstanding service to automotive parts customers.

You will supervise Team Members, manage deliveries, and source from multiple channels to meet customer needs. A high school diploma and ASE awareness support success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of automotive parts sales or related experience.
• Experience in fulfillment of customer transactions and driving sales growth.
• Prior or informal leadership experience supervising daily tasks and teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience for commercial customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Provide day-to-day supervisory support for Team Members.
• Collaborate with GM on coaching and developmental needs for Team Members.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure delivery standards are met.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs.
• Build and maintain a network of second source suppliers.
• Support broader store profitability and customer satisfaction.
