You will maintain commercial customer relationships, guide Team Members, and collaborate with the GM on coaching and development. The role emphasizes knowledge of automotive systems, parts sourcing from multiple channels, and delivering to customers and stores with a strong focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years automotive parts experience preferred.
• Proven sales ability and leadership experience.
• Able to supervise daily tasks and coach teams.
• Knowledge of safety rules and store procedures.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial customer relationships.
• Provide GAS2 selling experience to commercial customers.
• Achieve store and sales goals.
• Supervise Day-to-day Team Members and coordinate with GM.
• Dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery and coverage.
• Maintain commercial stocking programs and supplier network.
• Partner with GM on coaching and development.
• Build network of second source suppliers.
