Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is hiring a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led commercial sales and coordinate deliveries from order creation to dispatch. The role also oversees fleet maintenance, safety checks, and vehicle readiness while conducting stocking visits and upselling.

You will perform outbound calls, build customer relationships, and lead the backroom and delivery areas when CPP is unavailable, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record (MVR).
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching deliveries from order creation to dispatch.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and general vehicle readiness.
• Conduct account stocking visits and Pro Sales flyer drops; perform outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Lead the organization around the backroom, staging, and delivery areas when CPP is not present (weekends as needed).
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
