The Commercial Partnerships Administrator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of commercial rights across assigned Concacaf competitions and events. The role coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contractual commitments, commercial deliverables, and regulations are accurately implemented. The position may lead defined onsite activities and serve as the day-to-day commercial contract for assigned competitions or workstreams under the guidance of the Commercial Partnerships Coordinator.
Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Marketing or a related field.
1+ year of experience in commercial partnerships, sports operations, event delivery or a related field; football industry experience preferred.
Knowledge of football and the Concacaf region, including Member Associations, clubs and international competitions.
Understanding of sponsorship rights delivery, competition operations, venue branding, partner activations and commercial compliance.
Ability to interpret agreements, regulations, rights inventories and operational requirements and translate them into clear actions and timelines.
Strong organizational, administrative and time-management skills, with attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through; able to manage multiple priorities and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, Member Associations, clubs, venues, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams; experience with project-management or asset-tracking platforms is an advantage.
Working knowledge of budget tracking, vendor quotations, purchase orders and invoice reconciliation is preferred.
Fluency in English required; Spanish and/or French preferred.
Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally, approximately 40–50% of the time.
Due to the cyclical nature of the sports and entertainment industry, the employee may be required to work varying schedules, including game nights, to reflect the business needs of the company.
