Martin Painting & Coating Co. is seeking experienced commercial painters to contribute to large-scale projects. The role requires strong practical painting skills, consistency of work quality, and teamwork within a professional project setting.

Candidates with prior commercial painting experience and the ability to work with brushes, rollers, and standard application equipment will thrive. Physical stamina, safety awareness, and reliability are essential. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial painting experience required.
• Experience on larger commercial projects preferred.
• Strong brush and roller application skills.
• Ability to complete surface preparation and finish work.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a painting team.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working at heights when required.
• Must be clean shaven for respirator compliance.
• Reliable transportation and smartphone required.
• Availability to work at least two weekends per month.
• Dependable and committed to quality and safety.

• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and appropriate application equipment.
• Complete detailed painting, cut-ins, and touch-ups.
• Maintain consistent coverage and finish quality across assigned areas.
• Protect surrounding surfaces and equipment.
• Organize materials and maintain painting equipment.
• Coordinate work with other painters and project personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
• Follow project specifications and safety requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
